Saint-Cado and the Ria d'Etel, between land and sea

A sheltered bay dotted with islets, the Ria d'Etel with its 22 km2 is one of the most beautiful sites of Morbihan. The islet of Saint-Cado, a hamlet connected to the land by a stone bridge, will seduce you with its typical fishermen's houses, its romanesque chapel with the portal of the sixteenth century. It offers a nice view on the Ria d'Etel.

  • From April to September, you can embark at the Port d'Etel for a 1h30 cruise on the Ria d'Etel.
  • At Etel, don't miss the Thoniers Museum.
